LOOI MING MING is a leading dispute resolution lawyer and her key practice areas are construction & infrastructure, shareholder disputes and tax. On an advisory front, Ming also advises on contract documentation, joint venture agreements and concession agreements, bringing focused insights from her dispute resolution expertise. Prior to co-founding the firm, Ming worked in the Projects & Infrastructure Practice Group of a Big Four law firm and in a Tier 1 construction law firm.

Ranked in AsiaLaw 2023/2024, 2024/2025 as a notable practitioner for construction, notable recent work includes acting for an American architectural firm in a successful SIAC arbitration concerning lead medical planner and interior design services as part of a $48.6 million multi-disciplinary package of consultancy services for a $970 million integrated healthcare project. Ming was lead counsel in a recent successful settlement refund of over $11 million (income tax versus capital gains) in relation to three inter-group property transfers of hotel, retail and office components of a joint venture formed by public-listed developer groups.

Ming is an Accredited Director with the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID), demonstrating alignment with SID’s fundamentals on corporate governance, director duties, business strategy, risk management, sustainability, human capital, digitisation and finance.

Ming is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). Ming serves as a committee member of the Construction Adjudication Accreditation Committee (CAAC) of the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC), overseeing the Adjudicator Panel. Ming is the editor of the SMC CAAC Newsletter, a forum for sharing perspectives and a source of legal updates for busy practitioners. Ming has since 2018 served on the Law Reform Committee, Building & Construction Sub-Committee, proposing law reform and practice guidelines in connection with the construction industry.
